What is Exchange?

Exchange is an independently constituted and managed luncheon club. It was, and is, constituted for the benefit of property and property related professionals across the north west of England. Most major property professionals, funders and developers operating in the north west are members.

Background

Exchange was formerly constituted in September 2002 at which time we had just under 50 members. The membership has now grown to 200 members and is on the increase.

What is the format?

The club meets four times a year at the Mandarin, Victoria Street, Liverpool.

We have guest speakers at most lunches.

Membership is by annual subscription.
